VIP AREA -BEVERAGE & FOOD SERVICE (3-10PM)
BEER/BEVERAGE AREA/SODA WAGON
BEVERAGE TICKET BOOTHS
FRONT GATE ENTRANCE TICKET SALES (4-9PM)
& WILL CALL FRONT GATE CASHIERS (4-9PM)
Staff Will Call, Sell On-Site Concert Tickets & VIP Tickets
BEVERAGE TICKET CASHIERS (4-9PM)
Sell Tickets, Card Attendees, Make Change & Credit Card Charges
SOFT DRINK WAGON/TENT (3-10PM)
Set Up & Oversee Soft Drink Sales, Collect Tix
FOOD SERVICE – VIP AREA (3-9PM)
Set Up & Oversee Food Serving, Bus Tables, Collect Tix
TICKET CASHIERS (4-9PM)
Sell tickets for VIP area, Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks
BEVERAGE SERVERS (3PM – 10:00 PM)
Stock Bar & ID Attendees before serving Beer & Wine, Collect Tix,
Tear Down Bars
FOOD TRUCK LIAISON
Serve as liaison to Food Truck Vendors
ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION
Oversee Band Set Up, Electric & Sound
RAFFLE SALES BARKERS (6-9PM)
Stroll Celebration Selling Raffle Tickets (for cash)
BANKERS
Collect cash from Ticket Booths and Front Gate and secure
CLEAN UP CREW (5-11PM)
Continually patrol trash bins and pick up trash bags and take to dumpsite
